Early Care and Learning (ECAL) is a not-for-profit organization that works to create access to quality, safe, consistent early care experiences for all infants and toddlers in Ohio through advocacy, program initiatives and community education.

Caring Communities: Birth to 3

The goal of Caring Communities: Birth to 3 (CC: B-3) is to transform and improve quality of care for young children through programs that provide consistent, skilled, primary care teachers in a family style, intimate, mixed-aged community.

ECAL and Action for Children are project partners, along with five child care centers: Columbus Montessori Education Center, Kids Care Academy, Our Play Station and Learning Center, Starting Point Learning Center, and Schoenbaum Family Center.
