Mentoring/Coaching for Teachers

CC:B-3 Mentoring and Coaching Services:

• CC;B-3 trainers are seasoned classroom teachers of infants and toddlers in mixed-age groups. 
• Trainers are available monthly or biweekly as mentors/coaches to assist teachers in implementing best practice in the classroom and to share information with center directors about continuous improvement of their respective programs. 
• Mentors observe in classrooms and engage as active participants to model suggested strategies.
• They note classroom strengths, challenges and next-step goals and objectives.
• Mentors are also able to reinforce information teachers receive during trainings and are available by phone and email between visits.
